Breakout at Trinoma: Tips for surviving a Zombie Room Escape Game

If you’re looking for something new to try with your friends this weekend, I think you should consider the Zoombie Room: Breakout at Trinoma.

Last Saturday, my blogger friends and I were invited to experience this one of a kind room escape game. Basically, the room is filled with intricate logic puzzles where you have to solve in order to breakout.

The Goal: You and your team (around 5-8 persons) are trapped in a room (a very dark and unique room). The goal is to escape in 30 minutes. Plan as a team, solve puzzles, and escape the cage (and the flesh-eating zombies. Wahaha ☺) before time expires.

A short briefing was conducted and we were asked to sign a waiver form just in case the zombies will breakout and decided to eat our flesh. HAHA ☺ Also, we were asked to place our belongings to the locker and they gave us the blind folds.

After few minutes, we were asked to fall in line with a blind fold and started to enter the room. This is where our journey begins.

I won’t say any details about the room so that there is still a sense of surprise when you and your friends try this unforgettable experience. But just so you know, here are some of the resounding words or phrases during our Breakout Night:

Woaaahhh! Guys, hanap pa kayo ng clue!

Nagising na yung Zombie! The Zombie is alive!

Faster, we only have 15minutes. Faster!

WAAAHHHHHHHH!!! Tatlo na silang zombies!!!

Where's the key? I can't find it!

Where's the clue? Wala na ako makita!

May puzzle dito!

So before you plan your breakout night, here are some Tips for Surviving a Zombie Room Escape Game by Breakout Philippines.

1. Don’t be late!
Of course, you are playing as a team. You need to be at the registration area atleast 15minutes before the game. Late comers will shoulder the entrance fees! HAHA

2. Collaborate with your team
Make sure you collaborate and cooperate with your team. This is a group effort or otherwise, you will be trapped in the cage forever! ☺

3. Plan and strategize
Before you enter the room, you can assign a leader or point person who will assist the group. You can delegate tasks based on their skills and capabilities.

4. Have fun!

The ultimate goal of this escape room is for you to have fun! Enjoy the night with your friends and with the zombies! HAHA
