Niu by Vikings introduces real-time online reservation service

Good news to all foodie out there!

Our favorite eat-all-you-can restaurant, Niu by Vikings, recently launched the first and complete online booking system that allows you to reserve seats instantly.

This web-based widget can be accessed through Niu by Vikings Website, Facebook and Twitter accounts using your desktop computer or mobile phone. This online reservation service will give you extra convenient in terms of escaping the long line waiting outside the resto or wasting your time checking the long list of reserved customers.

Niu by Vikings in partnership with ResDiary, a management tool to improve restaurant reservation practice and enhance customer loyalty, aims to efficiently accommodate its customers for a better dine-in experience. This real-time service will eliminate the current pen and paper reservation to make the customer service faster and more organized.

Niu by Vikings Marketing Head, Charles Stewart Lee said, "Our goal is to digitize the restaurant industry, and allow them to be connected online". The newly launched partnership between Niu and ResDiary will allow them to efficiently manage tables with the help of a table graphic and help them to deliver an excellent customer service.
