I’m not an avid fan of Comedy King, Dolphy but I really love his movies since grade school. Sa tuwing manunuod kami ng TV sa bahay, gustong-gusto na pinapanuod ng aking mga pinsan ang mga palabas ni Pidol. I don’t know why but I’m sure if you watched one of his movies, matatawa ka talaga!

Si Rodolfo Vera Quizon, Sr.o mas kilala sa tawag na Dolphy ay mahigit ng isang taon na namatay (Hulyo 25, 1928 - Hulyo 10, 2012) subalit ang kanyang mga ala-ala ay patuloy pa ring makikita sa iba’t-ibang sining at kultura n gating bansa.

Last October 5, 2013, I joined the “Mula Kay Pidol: Alay sa Kalusugan” Dental/Medical mission at the Star City/MBC grounds. It was a great event! May ibat-ibang serbisyo medical, dental, feeding program at seminar ang naganap ng araw na iyon. Isa sa mga higlights ng programa ay ang soft launch ng Dolphy App, ang Dolphy Clean Up.

Interface of the actual app

I’m one of the lucky participants to experience the actual game application. Ito ay pwede sa IOS o ANDROID phones/gadgets. I love the simplicity of the game and its graphics. Medyo may mga kailangan pang improve pero overall, the app was good! Aside from its nice features, it’s also an educational tool to promote segregation of wastes and saving the environment.

As of today, this app is not available in the market. They’re expecting to make this ready for download by November 2013.
